Ambiente is situated in the centre of the historic market town of Malton, North Yorkshire, & offers tasty, innovative Spanish & Mediterranean influenced dishes in a stylish & contemporary setting - with a hint of rustic charm thrown in.

Our menu includes a wide selection of tapas along with paellas to share and specials. Additionally, we offer a daily Lunch & Brunch menu which features our own interpretations of classic breakfasts from around the world, alongside some old favourites.

We are committed to offering a comprehensive choice to vegetarians & vegans as well as meat eaters, and we can also cater for anyone with specific dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free etc). All meats and poultry products are locally sourced from traceable and ethical suppliers, and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are delivered daily.

Our range of mostly Spanish wines is extensive and features organic & vegan options. Our selection criteria for these wines is always based on quality, so you can be confident that whatever your taste one of our wines will fit the bill.

As for our coffee, we use a combination of premium Fairtrade espresso beans (which we grind to order to ensure all the freshness of the beans ends up in your cup), & a classic Italian La Spaziale espresso machine to produce coffees with an outstanding depth of flavour. All our teas and hot chocolates are Fairtrade too.
