We’re feeling the love this month with our seasonal specials that are ready to warm up the cold days and offer a hint of the sunnier weather to come.

Our chefs have been heating things up in the kitchen this month and cooking up some new share-worthy tapas specials (but no judgement if you order them all for yourself 😉 self-love is the ultimate love after all!)

A new favourite, though slightly more unusual is our Whole Josper Roasted Cod's Head basted in a fiery Sriracha butter (Fossgate, Leeds & Hull). Pretty it may not be (though we think it has a certain charm) but what it lacks in looks, it more than makes up for in taste with flakey, buttery fish that simply melts in the mouth.

Alongside our Whole Roasted Cod Head, you’ll find a warm salad that brings together roasted artichokes and charred sweetcorn with fresh herbs and earthy Freekeh (all sites). Simply delicious.

For those ready to hit up summer with some BBQ food, then turn to our Soy & Rosemary glazed BBQ Chicken Thigh that’s charred to perfection and served with saffron infused Moroccan Cous Cous (all sites).

 Another winning creation is our lightly pickled Hake, coated in an almond crust and served with a fresh fennel, lemon & olive salad (Goodramgate & Tabanco by Ambiente).

And if you still have space at the end? Then try our dessert special; a rich and sweet Dark Chocolate & Walnut Tart (all sites) topped with vanilla ice cream (think a cross between a pecan pie and chocolate brownie).
