Winter Specials

Our new specials are here to prove that winter's bounty is plentiful! Our seasonal specials are warming, hearty and bring a symphony of Spanish-inspired flavours created with locally sourced produce.

Our seasonal wild game and wild mushroom paella features locally shot duck and pheasant sourced from the outskirts of York. It's a seasonal centrepiece perfect for sharing. Our haunch of Venison is served with a warming butternut squash purée and crispy kale whilst our braised celeriac steak (vg) is topped with umami-rich marmite and seaweed and served with a spiced pistou and topped with salsa verde.
