Rebujito Recipe

The Rebujito is the drink that keeps Feria’s festivities going in the Spring! And on a warm sunny day, there’s nothing like it to cool things down and refresh you. It’s enjoyed throughout Southern Spain, especially during the summer months.

For a Glass:

  • Plenty of Ice

  • 60ml Antonio Barbadillo Manzanilla Solear Sherry

  • Lemonade

  • Mint & lemon slices to garnish

A Jug for Two:

  • Plenty of Ice

  • 125ml Antonio Barbadillo Manzanilla Solear Sherry

  • Lemonade

  • Mint & lemon slices to garnish

How to

  • Fill your glass or jug with lots of ice

  • Add the Antonio Barbadillo Manzanilla Solear Sherry

  • Top with plenty of lemonade

  • Crush the mint slighty to release its aromas and garnish alongside the lemon

  • Enjoy!
