Strawberry Specials

Summer has well and truly hit our restaurants with our new seasonal Strawberry specials;

Presa Ibérico de Bellota ~ Presa Ibérico from the shoulder of the Pata Negra Pig served with strawberry ketchup and sprinkled with hazelnuts (So2, Nuts)

Yorkshire Pavlova ~ Crisp, baked meringue topped with Yorkshire strawberries, raspberries, lemon curd and Chantilly Cream

The strawberries are sourced locally from Annabel's Deliciously British. As soon as we tried them we knew we had to incorporate them onto our specials menu to bring that taste of British Summer to our Spanish Tapas restaurants.
