Spain meets Yorkshire with our seasonal Asparagus specials! 

Much-anticipated asparagus season is finally here and we couldn't resist creating some seasonal specials using locally sourced Sand Hutton Asparagus. 

Wild Asparagus is prominent throughout Spain in springtime making this tender and sweet vegeteable a great pairing for Spanish flavours and ingredients, which we've incorporated into all three of our specials.

On our specials menu, we've paired Asparagus with Secreto and chilli & honey marinaded feta, pickled and accompanied by tuna aiolo and served on a bed of creamy rice.
