New Spring Menu

Spring has truly sprung, and not just outside! The lighter nights and warmer days have made their way onto our menu with some sensational warm weather dishes.

Crispy beer-braised belly pork tossed in pimento & rock salt, a light and flavoursome sea bream served on Moroccan spiced chickpeas with a dill & parsley herb sauce and exciting new vegetarian sweetcorn & Jalapeño fritters are just some of the new dishes you’ll find on our menu.

And for those following a plant-based diet or if you’re curious about some plant-based dishes, you’ll be pleased to know that our Plant-Based Signature Dishes are here to stay as a permanent feature on ALL our menus.
