Bodegas Colomas
Another way to experience wine…
Off the Beating Wine Path
Welcome to the world of Bodegas Coloma, a family-run winery nestled in the heart of Extremadura, southwest Spain, a region famed for its rich landscape, Iberico ham, sun-soaked vineyards and age-old winemaking traditions.
Though less well known as a winemaking region, it’s certainly no less impressive and we’re here to shout about the wonderful wines Bodegas Coloma produce!
These vineyards flourish on stony, sun-drenched soil, giving birth to wines with exceptional character and elegance.
Narrated by Félix Coloma, who leads the winery’s export efforts, our short video invites you into the heart of the estate, from the sunlit vines to the iconic Torre Bermeja (Red Turret), their vine-covered castle cellar surrounded by ancient olive trees.
At the helm is winemaker Amelia Coloma, whose instinct and artistry guide every step of the process. With help from sister Helena and the whole Coloma family, they blend tradition and innovation to create wines that are as soulful as they are unique.
We’re proud to feature Bodegas Coloma on our wine list, a true reflection of Spanish craftsmanship, now ready to be enjoyed here in Yorkshire.
