Parties of 12 or more are required to dine from either our Festive Menu or our Festive Lunch Menu.

Evening sittings for groups of 12+ are available at 6:00pm or 8:30pm.

Our Festive Menu will be available daytime and evening from the 20th November until the 31st December 2026 inclusive. For evening bookings of parties of 12 and more, we offer a choice of table times, subject to availability, of 6.00pm (to vacate by 8.15pm) or 8.30pm.

Our Festive Lunch Menu will be available Monday to Friday from open until 3pm during during our Festive Season.

And of course both menus include the obligatory Christmas crackers.

As the party organiser, you’ll simply choose the dishes that the whole group will enjoy on the night.

This includes your choice of paellas (quantities vary depending on party size) and six tapas dishes from our Festive Fiesta Menu (one from each section).

On the night, we’ll serve up generous multiples of each tapas dish for the whole party to share… a true Spanish-style feast!

We’re really proud to cater to all dietary requirements and restrictions.

As the party organiser, choose your options based on the majority of guests dining. Then let us know when booking what dietary requirements or allergens we need to cater for and our team will handle the rest!

On the night, our team will communicate with you which dishes as part of your chosen options are suitable for those with dietary requirements and which aren’t. They’ll also provide additional tapas dishes for those with dietary requirements.

But don’t worry, we’ll make sure they’re still part of the Fiestas group dining experience!

For parties up to 20
You will be asked to provide card details which will be stored securely by our card processing provider – Stripe.

Any party size amendments or table cancellations within 48 hours of your Festive Party booking will be subject to a charge of £10 per person. This will be charged to the card used to secure your table.

For parties of 20 or more
We ask for a non-returnable deposit of £10 per person paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

Please note for parties of 20 or more, if your group size decreases within 48 hours of your booking or if fewer guests attend than originally booked, the deposit for those cancelled places will not be deducted from the final bill as we’ll have already made preparations for your full party size.

We regret that bills cannot be split or issued to individuals. One bill will be provided to the party organiser.

We operate as a cashless business and request that all guests pay by card.

A 10% service charge is added to all our bills which is distributed equally amongst all of our team. If you’d prefer not to pay this, then please just let a team member know and they’ll be happy to remove this for you.

Tables can only be kept available for 15 minutes after the booked time even if guaranteed by holding your card details, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Where you fail to arrive for your booking within this time, a £10 per person charge may be applicable.
