If Champagne is the king of sparkling wine, and Prosecco its party-mad princess, where does that leave Cava, Spain’s traditional fizz?
It’s certainly no ugly sister. In fact, it’s one of Spain’s most celebrated sparkling wines. But… did you know Cava is much more than bubbles and tradition?
The Cava region, primarily Penedès, is bursting with innovation. Winemakers there are crafting sparkling wines that are redefining expectations and embracing modern influences.
Enter stage: Cava Mastinell. At our Cava y Más event this April, they’ll take us on a journey through the heart of Cava region, exploring its deep-rooted traditions and exciting contemporary styles.
Joining us will be special guest Juan José Gutiérrez, Export Director at Cava Mastinell, one of the region’s standout producers. He’ll guide us through five exceptional Cavas and wines that showcase the terroir, craftsmanship, and modern creativity thriving in this world-renowned region.
And because great wine deserves great food, each Cava or Wine will be expertly paired with a tapas dish created by our Executive Chef Johnny and his talented team. Designed to complement the delicate nuances and vibrant flavours of each cava and wine, this pairing isn’t one you’ll want to miss.

Ticket Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend and notify us at least 72 hours prior to the event, you may transfer your ticket(s) to a future event. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for transfers.
Dietary Requirements
Please contact us prior to purchasing tickets if you have any dietary requirements to ensure we are able to accommodate these. We may be unable to cater for you on the evening if we are not made aware of dietary requirements prior to purchasing tickets with us.
