Join the greatest Sherry party on Earth and join the Fiesta at Ambiente! Sherry Week is the largest annual festival of Sherry Wines in the world.
Mark your calendars (and chalk your barrels) because Sherry Week, the world's largest international celebration dedicated to all things Sherry, returns from the 3rd November 2025 until the 9th November 2025 for its 12th year!
To celebrate, we’re hosting three sherry paired dinners, one in York, one in Leeds and one in Hull with each paired dinner focusing on a different sherry producer from the sherry triangle.
The sherries you’ll enjoy throughout the evening range from dry all the way through to sweet, giving you an insight into the broad range of sherries available. They’re the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of sherry and will help you discover where your tastes lie as well as enjoying something new!

Ticket Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend and notify us at least 72 hours prior to the event, you may transfer your ticket(s) to a future event. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for transfers.
Dietary Requirements
Please note that the menus for this event are set and we have a standard and vegetarian menu available. If you would like to join us for our tasting experience but have allergen or dietary requirements, please CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING and our team will confirm whether we are able to cater to your request. We may be unable to cater for you on the evening if you book without speaking to our team first about any dietary restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.
