Summer's on its way, the longer days are here... and so is our sensational new summer menu!

Think sizzling Gambas Pil Pil, golden Empanadas, your very own Paella, and fresh, summery Chicken Kebabs hot off the grill 🔥 And yes… the carrots are BACK in our Charcoal Sites😍

Golden Empanadas filled with slow-braised beef, ancho chilli & pineapple

Chorizo y Garbanzos
A rich chorizo, chickpea & spinach stew

Brocheta de Pollo y Calabacín
Soanes grain-fed chicken & courgette kebabs marinated in yoghurt, herbs & Ambiente spices

Secreto Ibérico
Seared Secreto Ibérico ~ a tender, marbled cut from Spanish acorn fed pigs ~ served with quince alioli & jalapeño pesto

Bistec con Escabeche
Chargilled Hanger steak served with sweet & sour escabeche vegetables & spiced corn purée

Sizzling prawns in garlic & chilli infused olive oil

Mussels cooked in a creamy white wine sauce
