Rich and warming slow braised ox cheek served with lemon & mint winter greens
A hearty slow-cooked pig cheek stew, gently braised with port & honey
Steamed mussels in a smokey pimento & tomato sauce
Our Spanish take on a warming fish pie; creamy haddock & mussels topped with a dill crumble
Crisp skinned fillet of sea bream with a rich roast pepper sauce and courgette carpaccio
A slow cooked and aromatic aubergine, freekeh grain and cashew nut tagine

Tender Picanha rump steak served with sticky braised onions & sweetcorn purée
Ibérico Lagarto seared on our Josper oven & served with spiced braised peas
