The sun’s out, the days are long and we're here to make the most of it... with a new menu! Our chefs have been cooking up a storm in the kitchen, creating an exciting new lineup of seasonal tapas, perfect for laid-back summer dining, sizzling BBQ flavours and sun-drenched celebrations.

What’s Cooking?

Here’s a taste of what’s new on our Summer menu:

🔥 Available at All Ambiente & Tabanco by Ambiente

  • Creamy burrata with fresh watermelon, gazpacho & herb sauce

  • Crispy pig’s cheek with pickled fennel & a chilli kick

  • Steamed mussels with a zingy Catalan-style herb picada

  • Chicken kebab with pickled apricot salsa & harissa yoghurt

    🔥 Straight from the Josper grill (Fossgate, Leeds & Hull)

  • Charcoal roast beef hanger steak with smoked cauliflower purée & pickled walnut chimichurri

  • Chargrilled Argentinian red prawns in smoked chilli & garlic butter

  • Slow-cooked, Rioja-braised lamb shank, finished over hot coals and served with lovage pesto

  • Seared Ibérico Secreto with hot honey & cottage cheese

  • Chargrilled chicken thigh with black beans, chipotle ketchup & mojo verde

  • Whole globe artichoke, roasted until tender & served with smoked garlic alioli (vg)

  • Confit parsley root, charred and served with black tahini, lemon alioli & candied hazelnuts (vg)

  • Ibérico pork presa with smoky red pepper & almond romesco

  • Pressed pork belly with vibrant cherry chimichurri

  • Ibérico pork presa steak served with roasted artichokes, a smokey red pepper & almond romesco sauce & drizzled with mojo verde

🔥 New to Tabanco by Ambiente

  • Blowtorched mackerel fillet, charred for a smokey finish, with a tangy buttermilk drizzle, fresh peas & pickled cucumber

  • Charred tenderstem broccoli with a harissa & preserved lemon yoghurt, finished with toasted hazelnuts
